StickyNotes.club is a web-based sticky notes application (the "Service") provided by StickyNotes ("we" or "us"). By using the Service, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS").

The Service is available to individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Registration and Account

4. Paid Plan

I am offering a paid plan (the "Paid Plan") that provides additional features. The Paid Plan is billed through Polar.sh and Stripe, and you agree to their terms and conditions.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these ToS. You must not: * Use the Service to store or transmit any unlawful, threatening, or obscene content. * Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any other user's use of the Service. * Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any other user's account.

The Service and all related intellectual property rights are owned by me. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without my prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

I will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service, except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Termination

I may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

I reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time, and your continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of the updated ToS.
